Verbal Regurgitation
3 Days Down…

Haven’t had a smoke in 3 days… want one so bad… I am not going to lie, I have been slightly on edge for the past few days. That makes work interesting considering most of the time I am interacting with someone pretty one on one and my job can be frustrating at times trying to reach a mutual vision and understanding. I love work, don’t get me wrong, and it has kept me busy this week which is perfect. I’m just tired but feel unable to sleep. And this Chantix stuff I am taking to help me quite has some interesting side effects…

I was a little scared to take it at first haha… but honestly it has really helped so far. I get a little sick in the morning when I take it, and sleep has never really been my strong point. My dreams have been very loud and proud which I am not use too. But othere then that, I say if your looking to quite, try it out. It’s really just been hard to break the habit now, and that makes me cranky.
